Since 2008 I am working as a (sub) project leader on national as well as international projects. During my previous work experience I have obtained a well-founded and certain knowledge on project management. Furthermore, I obtained the PRINCE2 certificate. My primary qualifications are my skills to manage several projects at the same time including abilities in negotiations, assertiveness, social and intercultural competency. My soft skills among other things are good communication skills, resilience, friendly and personable appearance, reliability and good manners. Fluency in German and Turkish as well as conversational skills in English language defines my profile.
A Project Manager consists of a strong sense of self, confidence, and a comprehensive knowledge of company goals. These are qualities that motivate and inspire, providing a solid foundation for teamwork.
Agility & Adaptability
As you know, projects change all the time. Adapting to change requires a
willingness to stay open to new ideas and the know-how to adapt to new situations.
Integrity & Honesty
This should go without saying, but great PMs are honest and transparent. They follow through with promises and deliver results. This is the best way to encourage results from your team.
Inspiration & Motivation
The best PMs are those who create a vision of the future that is as compelling as it is attainable. And they motivate their employees to achieve these goals.
Understand the disagreement, confront the disagreement, and ensure that those involved walk away feeling comfortable with the proposed solution.
